Door phone and keypad installation.

I had a small install to wire up and connect 2 door phones and 2 keypads. One indoor and one outdoor.

Door intercom installed, and wiring up the indoor keypad.
It should have been straight forward and simple, especially since most of the wiring was going to be exposed connected to the brick inside their warehouse.
Indoor keypad installed.
However, where I needed to bring the wire up was difficult to get the wire pulled thru, so this simple wiring job ended up taking nearly a day and a half to complete.
Relay for door phone to buzz doors.
Sometimes it's the "simple" or "small" jobs that end up taking up more time than they should be.
Both door relays installed and mounted.
I wired up these relays were the Viking RC2A devices (relays for the door phones) are secondary, and they connect to the inputs of the keypad relays.
Wiring up the outdoor keypad.
Wiring it this way allows the keypads to actually be the relay that controls the door latch. It also allows the LED of the keypad to change to green when the door is buzzed from the phones.
Drilled a hole at the bottom of the keypad mounting bracket
to bring the wires thru the bottom.

Outdoor keypad installed.
